By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Firm / Organization Subscriptions

Law firms or organizations enrolling multiple users agree that:

The organization is responsible for all users under its account
Billing will reflect the number of active users multiplied by the applicable per-user rate
The designated administrator has authority to manage users and billing
Changes in seat count may adjust billing accordingly

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for prior payments unless required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Copy, distribute, or reproduce Service content without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site
Interfere with security or performance

Violation may result in termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, design, and materials on the Site are owned by Xcess Legal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

13. Arbitration Agreement

You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Xcess Legal.

The arbitrator may not consolidate multiple claims or preside over any class proceeding.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
